• lead the architecture, engineering and continuous optimization of our diverse HSM landscape, ensuring full adherence to security and compliance standards

automate the HSM environment and optimize configurations and related processes to meet demanding SLAs
monitor current trends and technologies in the HSM space and evaluate their potential and applicability for our organization
drive the further development of the HSM environment and design solutions in close collaboration with application projects
analyze issues, resolve incidents and optimize performance in close cooperation with infrastructure and application teams
participate in an on-call rotation for technical incidents and access to key material as part of a four-person HSM support team
