We are actively seeking an experienced, hands-on Electrical Harnessing & Panel Wiring Specialist/Supervisor to join our production and assembly team at our Dabaspet.\nIf you or someone in your network meets the criteria below, we encourage you to apply or share this posting.\nQUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS\nAcademic Background\nITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering\nWork Experience\nExperienced\n5+ years in machine tool electrical harnessing / panel wiring \nPreferred Industry\nMachine Tool / CNC Manufacturing Industry (mandatory)\nJOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES\nGeneral Purpose\nGuiding/Supervising electrical harnessing, panel wiring, and control-cabinet build-up for gear hobbing/shaping machine tools, including support for Fanuc and Siemens CNC controller wiring and commissioning - ensuring machines are wired correctly, safely, and ready for electrical trial and dispatch.\nMain / Essential Task\nGuidance on complete electrical harnessing and cable routing on machine tools as per wiring diagrams/schematics\n\nWire and mount control panels, junction boxes, servo drives, motors, sensors, and other components.\n\nSupport wiring, termination, and commissioning assistance for Fanuc and Siemens CNC controllers and drive systems.\n\nPreparation of electrical manuals and selection of electrical elements.\n\nSupervise/Carry out continuity, insulation, and functional checks before electrical trial/power-on.\n\nTroubleshoot and rectify wiring faults during assembly, trial run, and final testing.\n\nCoordinate with Mechanical Assembly, Quality, and Design/Electrical Engineering for BOM changes and fitment issues\n\nMaintain wiring documentation, cable schedules, and update redline changes to drawings\n\nFollow electrical safety practices, LOTO procedures, and 5S discipline on the shop floor\n\nSkills Required\n5+ years hands-on experience in machine tool electrical harnessing / panel wiring\n\nWorking exposure to Fanuc and Siemens CNC controllers - wiring, I/O connections, and commissioning, parameterizing and troubleshooting.\n\nGood communication skills, both verbally and written.\n\nSAP knowledge is optional.\n\nTeam player with each cross functional team such as R&D, Service, Applications etc.\n\nCNC commissioning, Machine testing and verification of electrical elements.\n\nAbility to prepare, read and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable schedules.\n\nFollow ups with the Purchase team/ Ops for the necessary shortage parts for assembly activities.\n\nHands-on experience in preparing panel wiring, cable termination (crimping, lugging), and cable tray/conduit routing\n\nFamiliarity with servo motors, drives, PLC I/O, and control components used in CNC machine tools\n\nProficient with test instruments - multimeter, megger/insulation tester\n\nAwareness of electrical safety standards and LOTO practices\n\nWork Location\nUCAM Pvt.
