Summary\n本ポジションは、日本を中心としたローカルスコープにおいて、ニューロロジー、免疫炎症、骨領域を含む既存領域に加え、将来的な成長を見据えた新規疾病領域における事業開発およびアライアンスマネジメントを担う。\n主な目的は、提携パートナーとの協働を通じて製品およびパイプライン価値の最大化を図るとともに、新たな事業機会の創出を推進することである。特に、開発段階（治験および新規剤型開発）におけるパートナリングにおいて、条件交渉から契約後の運営までを一貫してリードする。\nまた、国内外のクロスファンクショナルチームとの強固な連携のもと、既存領域にとらわれない新規疾病領域におけるパートナリング機会の探索・評価・実行を推進し、持続的な成長に貢献する。\n主な責務：\nアライアンス製品および開発パイプラインの価値最大化\nアライアンスガバナンスおよび関係性の管理\nパートナーとのコンフリクトマネジメント\n治験および新規剤型開発におけるパートナー企業との条件交渉および運営管理\n合意条件に基づく開発活動の推進および進捗管理\n既存領域に加え、新規疾病領域における開発段階のパートナリング機会の探索・推進\n製薬、アカデミア、ならびにヘルスケア・IT・金融等の異業種との戦略的提携の構築\nMajor Accountabilities / Responsibilities\n各事業部のパートナー戦略の策定および実行責任を担う（既存領域および新規疾病領域を含む）\n新規疾病領域を含む開発パイプラインにおいて、治験および新規剤型開発に関するパートナリング機会を特定・評価・推進する\nパートナー企業との契約条件（開発分担、費用、マイルストーン、知財、リスク分担等）の交渉および合意形成をリードする\n合意された条件に基づき、開発プロジェクトの運営（ガバナンス）および進行管理を担う\n国内外のクロスファンクショナルチーム（研究開発、メディカル、薬事、製造、品質、法務等）と連携し、開発およびアライアンス運営を円滑に推進する\nパートナー企業との関係構築・維持・強化を行い、課題やコンフリクトを主体的に解決する\n業務の優先順位を設定し、BD&A部の活動を効果的に推進する\nBD&A部のビジネスプランの策定および実行に責任を持つ\n国内外の法規制、コンプライアンスおよび社内ガイドラインに基づいた適切な意思決定を行う\n製薬業界に留まらず、ヘルスケア、IT、金融領域等との新規戦略的提携機会を創出する\nCompetencies：\nAccountability\n既存領域のみならず新規疾病領域におけるパートナリング戦略の実行および成果創出に責任を持つ\n開発段階の複雑なアライアンス（治験・剤型開発含む）をリードし、価値最大化を実現する\nCommunication：\n新規領域に関する不確実性の高い議論を含め、社内外のステークホルダー間で合意形成を推進する\n多様な専門領域（開発、薬事、ビジネス）を横断したコミュニケーションを主導する\nDecision
