You will engage with stakeholders to understand their challenges, identify where AI can create meaningful value and shape the right solution. You will define the vision and overall direction of AI solutions, develop high-level architectures, assess technology options and guide initiatives from early exploration and experimentation through production readiness and adoption. You will work in an environment where your ability to bring structure to ambiguity, propose solutions and clearly explain technical options and trade-offs will be essential.\nWho you’ll work with\nYou will join a transversal team of AI solution leads and engineers supporting initiatives across the organization, with a particular focus on commercial, marketing and other go-to-market areas. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Digital Technology teams, data and AI engineers, architecture, security, privacy, compliance and Responsible AI colleagues. You will guide small development teams, bringing together the right internal and external expertise depending on the needs of each initiative.\nWhat you’ll do\nEngage with stakeholders to understand their activities, challenges and desired outcomes, and identify where artificial intelligence can deliver meaningful business and user value\nShape opportunities where requirements are still unclear, assessing business value, data availability, technical feasibility, delivery complexity and potential risks\nTranslate business challenges into clear use cases, solution concepts, high-level architectures, success criteria and practical delivery approaches\nPresent technology, platform, vendor and development options, explaining their benefits, limitations and trade-offs to support informed stakeholder decisions\nLead several initiatives from exploration and prototyping through production readiness, implementation, adoption and continuous improvement\nDevelop prototypes and conduct targeted technical experiments when needed, while guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams towards reliable, scalable and user-centred solutions\nEnsure solutions align with enterprise requirements for architecture, data, security, privacy, quality, responsible artificial intelligence and applicable regulations\nInterested?
