For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills\nA Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science or a related field\nAt least 8 years of experience in digital technology or information technology leadership within complex enterprise environments\nExperience in the pharmaceutical industry is required, exposure to commercial activities, customer relationship management or healthcare professional and patient engagement is preferred (Veeva/Vault CRM, Marketing automation, Pharma sales data, etc.) \nA proven track record of delivering artificial intelligence and generative artificial intelligence initiatives, ideally at scale and with measurable business impact\nStrong technical expertise in large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, digital assistants, orchestration frameworks, multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows.
