Le poste est organisé selon un horaire de travail en équipes 5x8.\nÀ propos du poste\nVous piloterez, à l’aide de divers outils informatiques, différentes opérations de production pharmaceutique au sein du bâtiment CP2, principalement dans la zone PEG. Vous veillerez au respect des normes GMP, des exigences HSE, des procédures internes et des objectifs de production en matière de qualité, de délais et de coûts. Vous contribuerez également à l’amélioration continue, à la fiabilité des équipements et à la sécurité des opérations. Vous serez particulièrement attentif à la prévention des risques, à la protection des personnes et des installations, ainsi qu’à la maîtrise des impacts environnementaux liés aux activités de production.\nAvec qui travaillerez-vous ?\nVous intégrerez l’équipe Pharma DS du site d’UCB à Bulle, et collaborerez étroitement avec les techniciens de production, vos collègues et les fonctions de support. Vous contribuerez à un environnement de travail fondé sur la coopération, la responsabilisation, la sécurité et la qualité, tout en participant aux réunions d’équipe et aux initiatives d’amélioration continue.\nVos responsabilités\nPiloter les opérations de fabrication : réaction, filtration, cristallisation, séchage et autres procédés.\nPréparer, vérifier, peser et charger les matières premières, intermédiaires et produits finis.\nRenseigner et vérifier la documentation électronique de production conformément aux exigences GMP et ALCOA+.\nNettoyer, désinfecter et maintenir les équipements et zones de production selon les procédures.\nDétecter et signaler toutes les anomalies, déviations et incidents qualité ou HSE.\nIntéressé(e) ?
