You will ensure operational needs and maintainability requirements are embedded into investment and continuous improvement projects. You will also help drive technology adoption, improve asset reliability, and support effective project transitions into operational maintenance.\nWho you will work with\n You will join the BelTech Projects & Portfolio Management team and work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Automation, Quality, and Operations teams. You will collaborate with Project Managers to ensure maintenance requirements are considered throughout project design, qualification, commissioning, and handover activities.\nWhat you will do\nYou will gather and formalize maintenance requirements from operational teams.\nYou will translate operational needs into technical specifications for engineering projects.\nYou will participate in design reviews and technical clarification meetings.\nYou will monitor emerging technologies, standards, and innovative technical solutions.\nYou will support commissioning activities, maintenance handovers, and technical training.\nYou will ensure maintenance requirements are integrated into design, qualification, and project delivery phases. \nInterested?\n For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Utilities, or related field.\nStrong experience in GMP, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industrial environments.\nKnowledge of automation systems, industrial networks, and technical equipment.\nExperience with CMMS tools, SAP processes, qualification, and validation activities.\nEffective communication skills in both French and English.\nStrong analytical mindset with proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions.\nAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
