You will collaborate across sites and functions, including Manufacturing, Quality, HSE and Global Supply Chain. Team Leaders will ensure day-to-day operational execution, allowing you to focus on strategic priorities, organizational development and stakeholder management.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead Warehouse & Logistics performance, ensuring safe, HSE-compliant and efficient operations.\nDevelop the warehouse roadmap aligned with Internal Manufacturing Supply Chain strategy.\nDrive continuous improvement, transformation initiatives and operational performance through relevant KPIs.\nChampion a strong HSE culture, ensuring compliance and proactive risk prevention.\nDevelop Team Leaders and strengthen organizational capabilities and leadership maturity.\nBuild strong relationships with international, cross-functional and senior Supply Chain stakeholders.\nInterested?
