The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electronic components, production equipment, quality inspection, and troubleshooting while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssemble, install, inspect, test, and troubleshoot PCB assemblies and semiconductor products according to work instructions and engineering specifications.\nOperate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment such as SMT, AOI, SPI, reflow ovens, wire bonders, die bonders, or related production equipment.\nConduct functional testing, electrical testing, and visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.\nIdentify defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with engineering and quality teams.\nCarry out preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of production equipment to minimize downtime.\nCollaborate with engineers, supervisors, and quality personnel to resolve production issues and improve manufacturing processes.\nJob Requirements\nTechnical SkillsKnowledge of PCB/Semiconductor assembly processes, SMT, through-hole technology, and electronic component identification.\nExperience doing machine installation and using testing and measuring equipment and inspection tools.\nFamiliarity with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes is an advantage.\nAbility to read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and technical documentation.\nSkills\nTechnical Skills, Semiconductor Industry, Technical Inspection,
