You will need to be based in the greater Chicagoland area.\nThe Access Center Supervisor provides frontline leadership and operational oversight for assigned Access Center teams, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality patient access services and achievement of established performance expectations. The Supervisor is responsible for daily team performance, employee coaching and development, workflow execution, service excellence, and timely resolution of operational and patient-related concerns. Working under the direction of Access Center managerial leadership, the Supervisor uses performance data, established workflows, and continuous improvement practices to support efficient operations and an exceptional patient experience. The Supervisor maintains an active presence in daily operations and provides direct operational support during periods of increased demand, staffing constraints, or service disruption.\nEssential Job Functions\nProvides direct supervision and day-to-day leadership to assigned Access Center team members, fostering an engaged, accountable, and high performing work environment.\nProvides daily operational oversight of assigned Access Center functions to ensure appropriate staffing, workflow execution, service delivery, and achievement of established operational goals.\nSupports a consistent, high-quality patient access experience by monitoring service delivery, reinforcing quality expectations, and resolving concerns that require supervisory intervention.\nSupports continuous improvement and successful implementation of Access Center workflows, technologies, programs, and operational changes.\nSupports effective department administration and ensures assigned teams operate in accordance with organizational and departmental requirements. \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree preferred.\nMinimum of two (2) years of previous supervisory or people leadership experience in a healthcare Access Center, contact center, patient access, or comparable healthcare operations environment required.\nHealthcare Access Center experience preferred.\nPosition
