Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing logic as necessary.\nEssential Job Functions\nDesign, build, and test reports to address complex business requests\n\nEvaluate business implications of technology on the current business environment\n\nAnalyze business and user needs, formulates and defines requirement scope and objectives\n\nDocument Requirements in the BRD (Business Requirement Document)\n\nUnit test configuration and other application set up\n\nOn Call support\n\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent training or work experience\n\nEpic Clarity and Caboodle certifications are required\n\nExperience building stored procedures and SSIS packages\n\nExperience with version control systems/software development life cycle\n\nMinimum of 2 years of experience with information system software solutions\n\nWorking knowledge of multiple software applications, systems analysis/design, Integration/design, or web applications/design\n\nAbility and commitment to meet deadlines and to operate in a fast-paced environment\n\nCapable of working well in a diverse, multi-disciplinary team and successfully interacting with others at all levels of the organization, including remote teams\n\nBeginning skills in documenting and analyzing business processes\n\nGeneral understanding of business, functional, and technical requirements\n\nGeneral understanding of underlying technologies: hardware, networking, applications\n\nExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication
