modernization of enterprise analytics\n\nReplace legacy Excel and Cognos reporting with dashboards people actually want to use\n\nFulfil new solution requests where no reporting currently exists, and manage the existing viz library\n\nAdvise on data governance and data source development as part of a full-stack analytics team\n\nRun training sessions and viz demos to lift Tableau and Power BI capability across the business\n\nAdminister user security and access requests, and liaise with the Tableau and Power BI Server teams\n\nInvestigate data issues and act as an analytic translator between technical and business teams\n\nRequirement:\n\nA degree in Computer Science or equivalent\n\n3–5 years of experience in reporting and analytics development\n\nExpert proficiency in Tableau, with strong Power BI capability\n\nA portfolio that demonstrates your work (e.g. a Tableau or Power BI Public profile)\n\nExpert proficiency writing SQL SELECT statements\n\nVery strong technical, analytical, and data visualization skills, with a firm grasp of visualization best practices\n\nAn independent thinker who can suggest new ways of looking at old problems\n\nAble to communicate to any level of the company, in writing and in person\n\nAble to coach and train others to use data and analytical tools well\n\nA proven track record of productivity while working remotely with minimal supervision\n\nAdvanced Excel skills and intermediate proficiency across Microsoft Office tools\n\nDetail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable with shifting priorities\n\nWhat we
