supervision\n\nProduce test artifacts — test strategy, test plans, test cases, and test metrics reports\n\nReview functional and non-functional requirements and specifications\n\nGive constructive feedback on test cases and plans written by junior team members\n\nDebug and troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and log defects with enough detail to act on\n\nWork closely with development teams to shake out bugs early\n\nBuild and establish the overall quality engineering process\n\nRequirements:\n\nA degree in Computer Science, IT, or an equivalent qualification\n\nA minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing\n\nExperience in test planning, test design, and functionality testing\n\nExpert knowledge of quality engineering methodologies, automated testing tools (Selenium/Appium), and continuous integration systems\n\nExperience with QE tools such as QMetry, HP ALM, JIRA, and Confluence\n\nStrong knowledge of Java, OOP concepts, and coding standards\n\nSkilled at evaluating existing processes and recommending improvements, and at designing proofs of concept that fit business needs\n\nA solid practical understanding of Agile software testing and software engineering concepts\n\nEffective written and verbal communication, with strong prioritization and interpersonal skills\n\nAble to work independently while keeping good
