direction for your area and raise the engineering standard across the team\n\nWork alongside QA, frontend, and DevOps engineers in a cross-functional Agile team\n\nRequirements:\n\nA degree in Computer Science or equivalent\n\n4+ years building production enterprise applications\n\nDeep expertise in Java and the Spring Boot stack\n\nStrong experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations\n\nSolid DBA skills — SQL tuning, data modelling, and backup strategies\n\nProven experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda)\n\nHands-on with Jenkins, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform\n\nConfiguration management experience with Chef or similar tools\n\nStrong scripting skills in Shell and Python\n\nDemonstrated ability to debug production issues across distributed environments\n\nFamiliarity with Scrum Agile delivery and quality engineering practices\n\nKubernetes, Kafka, Oracle databases, or monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog)
