If you would like to start an exciting job with a company committed to excellence and innovation, all while doing what we do, please consider joining the UCP of Central PA team!\nHere’s what to expect on the job:\nEnsure the development, completion, and implementation of individual assessments and program plans.\nDesign specific and unique goal plans for the development of each individual’s growth and attainment of living skills.\nMaintain a safe and compliant working and living environment.\nEnsure that the operational standards for physical facilities and grounds are monitored and attained on a continual basis.\nMaintain accurate staff and program individual records.\nDevelop and enhance partnerships with staff members, and/or participants for the completion of all duties and responsibilities of the position.\nDevelop and implement new policies and/or procedures within the functional area to support the continuous improvement of operational effectiveness and efficiency.\nImplement participant-focused initiatives that enhance the participant experience and support a Servant Leader culture.\nSet clear performance, behavior, and attendance expectations with direct reports. Provide direct reports with timely feedback, coaching, and guidance to achieve expectations.\nEnsure team and individual support of external and internal regulatory compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines.\nFacilitate staff meetings, develop agendas, and address concerns.\nEnsure the development and timely completion of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and program plans.\nEnsure compliance with applicable licensing regulations.\nPrepare an annual budget and ensure the program operates within the budget.\nMinimum requirements:\nMinimum Associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university required\nMinimum of 2-4 years of knowledge specific to the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and/or autism (I/DD/A)\nKnowledge of applicable compliance regulations (i.e., Chapter 51, 2380, 6400)\nMulti-Site Management\nDevelopmental Planning and Goal Setting experience.\nKnowledge of disability services funded through Medicaid and through PA’s Department of Health and Human Services\nA valid driver’s license and 6 months of previous driving experience\nIf you are still reading, we should talk!
