HYPESは、レアゾン・ホールディングスのスポーツエンターテイメント事業部として2025年に設立されました。

スポーツエンターテイメント市場は巨大でありながら、既存プレイヤーは旧来のビジネスモデルから脱却できず、イノベーションが停滞しています。私たちは、モバイルゲーム業界で起きた「シングルプレイ→ソーシャルプレイ」のパラダイムシフトをスポーツエンターテイメントに応用し、孤独な個人体験から、仲間と繋がり共に熱狂する「ソーシャルスポーツエンターテイメント」体験を創造します。

最初のプロダクトとしてUK市場でサービスをローンチし、その後アメリカ・オーストラリア・フィリピン・ブラジル・ベトナム・タイなどの主要市場にグローバル展開していきます。スポーツベッティングに留まらず、スポーツファンが熱狂できるあらゆるサービスを開発・展開していく構想です。

現在は日本（東京・四谷）とイギリスの2拠点に約20名の少数精鋭チームで、事業立ち上げのまさに0→1フェーズにあります。

HYPES was established in 2025 as the Sports Entertainment Division of Reazon Holdings, Inc.

The sports entertainment market is massive, yet existing players remain trapped in outdated business models, leaving innovation stagnant. We are applying the paradigm shift from ""single-play to social play"" - seen in the mobile gaming industry - to sports entertainment, transforming solitary individual experiences into ""social sports entertainment"" where people connect and share the excitement together.

We are launching our first product in the UK market, followed by global expansion into key markets such as the United States, Australia, the United States, Australia, the Philippines, Brazil, Vietnam, and Thailand. Our vision extends beyond sports betting to develop and deliver every service that excites sports fans.

Currently, we are a lean team of approximately 20 members operating from two locations - Tokyo (Yotsuya) and the United Kingdom - in the very 0→1 phase of building our business.

We seek individuals who combine a ""passion"" for sports with the ""rationality"" to win. Passion alone won't make us the best in the world. Logic alone won't move people's hearts. HYPES is in an extremely ambitious phase, aiming to become the global No.1 from Japan in the massive worldwide market of Prediction Markets. To outcompete rivals and achieve overwhelming speed of growth in this complex and highly uncertain business domain, we are convinced that ""AX: AI Transformation"" - the intelligence augmentation of the entire organization, going far beyond mere efficiency improvements - is essential.

Currently, we are driving our business with a global structure spanning Japan and the United Kingdom, but to break through information asymmetries and the complexity of multinational operations, we need to embed the latest AI technologies directly into management decision-making and the product core.

We need an engineer who believes that ""technology makes organizations smarter,"" positioned directly under the CEO, leveraging LLM agents and modern AI frameworks to redefine business processes themselves. Maximizing the precision of management decisions through engineering power and technically proving the product's competitive advantage - we are looking for members to co-create this ""organizational brain"" and build the technology foundation to conquer the world.

業務内容 / Responsibilities

CEO直下の「CEO Office」メンバーとして、テクノロジーの力で組織をよりインテリジェントに進化させる「AX（AI Transformation）」の全領域を担っていただきます。

定型的な開発ではなく、経営判断とエンジニアリングの架け橋となり、事業成長に最もインパクトを与えるAIソリューションのプロトタイピングと実装を推進します。

具体的な業務例：

・最新技術の実践的実装： LLM（大規模言語モデル）エージェント、マルチモーダルツール、MCP（Model Context Protocol）などのモダンなフレームワークを用いたプロトタイプ開発と、社内オペレーション・プロダクトへの迅速な導入

・ドメイン適応型の技術戦略： 予測市場（Prediction Markets）やフィンテック領域の複雑な構造を理解し、技術革新による競争優位性の構築

・オペレーションの自動化・高度化： グローバルに分散したチームの生産性を最大化するため、エグゼクティブのワークフローや社内コミュニケーションを自動化する独自Botの開発

・意思決定の支援： 経営陣と密に連携し、データとAIを活用して戦略的な意思決定の精度を高める仕組みの設計

As a member of the ""CEO Office"" directly under the CEO, you will be responsible for all areas of ""AX (AI Transformation)"" - evolving the organization to become more intelligent through the power of technology. Rather than routine development, you will serve as the bridge between management decisions and engineering, driving the prototyping and implementation of AI solutions that have the greatest impact on business growth.

Specific examples:

・Practical Implementation of Cutting-Edge Technologies: Prototype development and rapid deployment using modern frameworks such as LLM agents, multimodal tools, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) into internal operations and products

・Domain-Adaptive Technology Strategy: Understanding the complex structures of Prediction Markets and fintech domains, building competitive advantages through technological innovation

・Operations Automation & Enhancement: Developing custom bots to automate executive workflows and internal communications, maximizing the productivity of globally distributed teams

・Decision Support: Working closely with management to design systems that enhance the precision of strategic decision-making through data and AI

・Pythonをはじめとするプログラミング言語を用いたハンズオンの開発能力
