岗位职责 / Responsibilities
工作职责：
1. 做为项目采购代表早期介入新项目，按项目节点统筹新项目物料选型选商、验证、备料和交付等采购进度与风险管理;
2. 参与研发阶段项目会议，收集项目信息及采购需求，拉通采购部对项目需求进行评估并反馈;
3. 建立研发采购沟通反馈机制，及时维护并完善研发物料采购进度看板，保证双方信息有效及时传递
4. 驱动采购及研发，主导量产阶段的降成本及产品退市阶段的资产处置等;
5 .负责部分品类寻源工作，调研行业信息介入研发早期选型，为项目及时提供优质资源。
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 本科以上学历，有PMP证书或熟悉IPD流程，三年或以上项目管理经验，具有产品管理经验或熟悉项目开发流程的优先考虑;
2. 熟悉电子和结构物料工艺和制程，有电子、结构、OEM/ODM的成本分析经验;
3. 善于沟通协调，有较强的沟通能力; 有全局观，善于规划;
4. 良好的职业操守，有一定的抗压能力。
