\n6. 对于日常遇到的项目问题，能够主动思考，提出系统化的解决方案，并形成可操作的流程优化管理办法; \n7. 协助推动ECN变更。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 本科以上学历，5年以上项目管理工作经验，持有PMP证书; \n2. 智能硬件行业背景，熟悉IPD产品开发流程，有实际量产产品开发或项目管理经验优先; \n3. 有硬件产品开发经验或项目管理背景，熟悉硬件产品开发全生命周期，对硬件、机械、软件开发和生产导入等专业领域有实操管理经验;
