岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责机器人电机控制板的硬件设计（器件选型，原理图设计），对单板问题和缺陷进行跟踪、分析解决;

2、熟悉各类电机参数、控制方法、保护设置等，有实际设计过大功率驱动经验;

3、解决产品研发过程中的可靠性、EMC等问题，确保研发项目的质量及进度;

4、配合供应链完成物料替代验证等供应风险管控工作;

5、输出硬件设计文档及风险管控文档。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上硬件设计经验，有量产产品经验优先，有清洁机构设计优先，工业机器人、大型家电硬件设计，工业产品研发设计经验优先;

2、熟悉扫地机器人原理，有底盘、电机控制等应用设计经验优选;

3、熟悉MOS以及三极管电路以及常规芯片的使用，有电源、功率器件设计经验优先;

4、熟悉EMC测试及整改;

5、熟悉功率回路设计，能够指导PCB完成布板;

6、诚实、有责任心，能够承受压力，有良好的团队合作精神;

7、热爱机器人行业，具备创业精神，对工作充满激情。"
