岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、负责公司机器人、网页、移动端、H5的UI设计，统一视觉表现，对设计风格的把握准确，能独立完成整个设计过程;
2、参与公司产品UE交互设计工作、产品可用性测试和评估，提出界⾯面交互⾏行行为和功能的改进⽅方案，持续优化产品的⽤用户体验;
3、参与产品可⽤用性测试和评估，提出界⾯面交互⾏行行为和功能的改进⽅方案，持续优化产品的⽤用户体验
4、制定产品整体UI视觉和风格设定，建立设计规范及标准建立，搭建设计组件库。
5、深入了解公司的产品和业务，基于业务目标和用户场景输出交互设计方案和原型交互界面;
任职要求 / Requirements
1、本科及以上学历，工业设计、人机交互、视觉传达、心理学、计算机等相关专业;
2、熟练使用Axure、Sketch、Photoshop、illustrator等设计软件，对用户体验和交互设计有较深的理解和丰富的实践;
3、思维逻辑清晰，有较强的文档理解能力和沟通能力，面对用户能够提出合理的交互建议并独立完成整个设计过程;
4、热爱机器人行业，积极主动，富有工作热情。
