We are continuing to grow as we build a more disciplined, globally connected operating system to support our customers and our next stage of growth.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a technically skilled, customer-focused Solutions Architect to support the OnTrak sales and deployment process across an assigned territory.\nThis role is ideal for an engineer or technical professional who enjoys working directly with customers, translating complex industrial environments into practical condition-monitoring solutions, and bridging the gap between sales and technical delivery.\nAs the Solutions Architect, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to scope, design, and support UE Systems' condition-monitoring solutions, from initial technical discovery through deployment and long-term customer success.\nOur People\nThey Own Their Day: We do not micro-manage. We rely on each other, bring different strengths to the table, and build better systems together.\nThey Always Look Through a Customer Lens: Every process we build should make it easier to serve the customer accurately, reliably, and on time.\nYour Impact\nPartner with the Sales team as the technical subject-matter expert throughout the sales cycle, supporting discovery, demonstrations, and technical evaluations\nConduct on-site and remote customer visits to observe rotating equipment, review engineering documentation, and develop a Scope of Work for proposed solutions\nDesign and recommend condition-monitoring solutions, spanning hardware, software, and services, tailored to each customer's assets and operational needs\nDevelop business cases and proposals that quantify value through avoided downtime, safer inspections, energy savings, and improved reliability\nSupport proof-of-concept engagements, technical evaluations, and RFP/RFI responses in collaboration with the sales team\nDocument technical summaries, site-visit reports, and customer information accurately and promptly in the CRM\nProvide product training and technical support to customers and internal teams\nCollaborate with Delivery teams as well as Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and support continuous improvement of UE Systems' offerings\nRepresent UE Systems at trade shows and industry events, providing technical expertise and supporting lead capture\n Your ExperienceBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field, or equivalent relevant experience\n3+ years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or asset-intensive environment\nStrong mechanical/technical aptitude with rotating equipment and common industrial failure modes\nExperience conducting technical discovery, site visits, or customer-facing consultations\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to travel as needed to support customer site visits (up to approximately 50%)\n Nice to HaveExperience with condition-monitoring technologies such as vibration analysis, ultrasound, infrared thermography, oil analysis, or motor testing\nUltrasound Level I/II, Vibration Analyst Category I/II, and/or comparable reliability certification\nPrior experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or field service capacity\nFamiliarity with CRM and project management software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)\nOSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour certification\nWhy Join Us?\nWe have the typical benefits you would expect like dental, vision, and health insurance, paid time off and retirement contributions but your main interest should be to join a family as we are in the process of radically transforming our business in a way that will redefine our company and our place in the market, making this one of the most exciting times in UE Systems history.
