While both interns will contribute to delivering high-quality services, each role will have a specific operational focus:\nInternational operations: Supporting accommodation and meeting arrangements for UEFA’s international events and activities\nLocal operations (Switzerland-based events): Supporting with booking accommodation and meeting spaces and coordinating catering and transport arrangements for events and meetings held in Nyon and the surrounding area\nKey responsibilities\nProviding administrative support to the accommodation team (procurement, statistics, queries)\nPreparing PowerPoint presentations, information on hotels and hotel concepts\nPreparing Excel analysis documents\nSupporting with hotel negotiations (contracts, offers, food and beverage quotes)\nResearching hotels and sending out RFPs for events, competitions and finals\nSupporting with the operational planning of events, competitions and finals\n Requirements\nEducation:\nHotel school or equivalent\nLanguages:\nEnglish (oral and written) / Proficient\nKnowledge of French would be a plus\nOther requirements:\n- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) / Advanced\n- Good organisational skills\n- Service-minded and solution-oriented\n- Able to communicate easily with different cultures and clients\n- Able to manage stress\n- Motivated\nWant to stay updated on our latest job opportunities, events, and behind-the-scenes insights?
