Football Clubs (EFC) to lead the global strategy, marketing, sales and commercial delivery of the most prestigious club competitions in world football, including the UEFA Champions League, the UEFA Women’s Champions League, the UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Conference League.\nAs Digital & Marketing Specialist, you will support the development, integration and delivery of digital, marketing and communication initiatives across UC3’s commercial programmes and wider business activities.\nThe role acts as a central point of coordination between UC3 and its joint venture partners, UEFA and EFC, as well as its various commercial agencies, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, digital strategy, marketing initiatives and corporate communications.\nKey responsibilities\nSupporting the development and overseeing the implementation of digital activation strategies across sponsorship, media and licensing partners, maximising value across UC3 and UEFA-owned and operated channels and third-party digital platforms\nOverseeing the development and management of digital assets, CRM initiatives, branded content, fan engagement tools and other digital products designed to enhance partner value and create new commercial opportunities\nSupporting the development and leading the delivery of UC3’s corporate marketing and communication strategy, including content creation, stakeholder communications and thought leadership initiatives\nCoordinating across relevant teams within UC3, UEFA, EFC, clubs and agencies to ensure the effective delivery of digital, marketing and communication initiatives, including partner rights, competition promotion, fan engagement and brand development, in line with UC3’s commercial priorities\nAs a digital expert, monitoring market trends, emerging technologies and platform innovations to proactively identify and shape new digital products, commercial opportunities and fan engagement propositions that strengthen competitions and future partner value\n Requirements\nExperience:\n6-8 years’ relevant experience in digital, marketing and communication within sport, entertainment or a related industry\nExperience working cross-functionally with marketing, digital and communications teams\nEducation:\nDegree in marketing, digital, communications, sports management or a related discipline preferred\nLanguages:\nEnglish / Proficient\nProficiency in other European languages would be an asset\nOther requirements:\n- Strong marketing and digital acumen across commercial landscapes (from media rights to sponsorship and licensing models)\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills\n- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools\n- Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and maintain high standards under pressure\n- Ability to represent UC3 professionally to clients and agency partners\n- Collaborative team player with a solutions-oriented
