If you are looking for roles based in the UK & Ireland, please visit the UK & Ireland 2028 Limited page.\nMain goal\nThe EURO Central Services Coordinator supports the planning, coordination and delivery of support service logistics for staff and suppliers working on the UEFA EURO 2028 tournament.\nThe role is responsible for supporting the planning and allocation of accommodation, as well as coordinating travel arrangements for international staff in collaboration with UEFA's in-house travel agency, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.\nDuring the tournament, the EURO Central Services Coordinator will support change management by handling service requests, processing amendments to pre-booked services and liaising with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure operational continuity.\nReporting to the EURO Central Services Team Leader, the role involves close collaboration with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external suppliers. The successful candidate will contribute to a fast-paced team environment, providing\noperational and administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of essential tournament services.\nKey responsibilities\nCoordinating accommodation and travel requirements for tournament staff and suppliers\nManaging and following up on service requests from internal stakeholders and project teams\nSupporting the delivery of training activities and associated services\nMaintaining and updating the EURO 2028 staffing plan database, ensuring information is accurate\nProviding database training, guidance and first-line support to project teams\nSupporting change management activities during the tournament\nSupporting the delivery of other UEFA events if required\n Requirements\nExperience:\nfrom 1 to 3 years experience planning and coordinating travel and accommodation for large events\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree\nLanguages:\nFluent in English\nOther requirements:\nRelocation to Switzerland/France is expected\nMS Office proficient user\nAdvanced Project Management skills\nService-minded and solution-oriented\nExcellent attention to detail\nAble to handle stress\nProven ability to work in a team and communicate easily\nExperience working with databases\nWant to stay updated on our latest job opportunities, events, and behind-the-scenes insights?
