The role is responsible for coordinating venue teams, training programmes, workforce logistics, ticket production activities and operational equipment, while providing support to venue teams and key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of tournament ticketing operations. In addition, the role may support ticketing operations activities for UEFA club competitions and other UEFA events, contributing to operational projects as required.\nKey responsibilities\nVenue Teams & Workforce Management\nConduct interviews and support the recruitment of EURO 2028 ticketing venue teams\nAct as the primary point of contact for the onboarding and offboarding of ticketing venue teams\nPlan and coordinate ticketing workforce logistics requirements (transport, accommodation, accreditation)\nDefine venue-specific staffing and shift plans for ticketing venue teams and the Ticketing Hub, where applicable\nTraining & Knowledge Management\nPlan and organise logistics for face-to-face training sessions for EURO 2028 venue teams\nProduce comprehensive training materials for venue ticketing teams, volunteers and freelancers\nDevelop e-learning modules, FAQs, presentations and other knowledge-sharing resources for ticketing stakeholders\nSupport colleagues in the development and maintenance of ticketing training content\nLogistics & Equipment Management\nManage ticketing material inventory and coordinate the procurement, preparation and distribution of materials and equipment, including laptops, BOCA printers and other operational devices\nEnsure all ticketing equipment is operational, appropriately allocated and available throughout tournament activities\nTournament Operations Support\nProvide operational support and guidance to venue ticketing teams throughout tournament operations\nContribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of ticketing operational processes and procedures\nSupport venue teams in the resolution and escalation of ticketing operational issues during tournament operations\nStakeholder Management & Administration\nSupport paper ticket production processes and coordinate all related stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of ticket production milestones\nServe as the ticketing point of contact for internal competence centres, including Central Services, Workforce and Accreditation\nCollect and record invoices through the procurement system and coordinate with the Finance department to facilitate payment processing\n Requirements\nExperience:\nfrom 2 to 3 years of experience in event management, ideally in ticketing or anotherrelated area\n\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in management, sports management or other relevant field\nLanguages:\nFluent in English\nOther requirements:\n- Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected\nWant to stay updated on our latest job opportunities, events, and behind-the-scenes insights?
