and Advisory to the Service Desk and Applications team for any technical challenges issues.\nQualifications / Skills:\nFormal Education & Certification\nBachelor's degree Computer Science of IT Engineering\nCertifications in Business Administration, Project Management, or IT Security or Management are a plus. \nKnowledge & Experience10-15 years Cybersecurity experience.\nHands-on Palo Alto, Cortex, Prisma.\nSIEM tools expertise.\nSOC operations and incident response experience.\nEmail and Endpoint Security expertise.\nIAM, Cloud Security, Zero Trust knowledge.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nPreferred CertificationsCISSP, CISA ,CCSP\nPCNSE, CCNP Security.\nISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.\n Compliance & FrameworksGDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001.\nNIST, CIS Controls, Zero Trust.\nRisk management and audit
