accurate and timely management reporting, operational dashboards, data analysis, and effective implementation and utilisation of Edgenta Smart Connect.\nRequirements\nDegree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in facilities management, property management, integrated facilities management, or operations.\nProven experience in portfolio/site management, contract management, financial management, and customer relationship management.\nStrong experience managing teams, vendors, contractors, and multiple site operations.\nGood knowledge of operational excellence, SLA/KPI management, compliance, health and safety, and risk management.\nStrong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue, cost control, profitability, billing, and contract variation/renewal.\nStrong customer and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage senior clients and business
