It is necessary to proactively manage the information and responses relevant to all internal and external interfaces.\nOversee general Interfaces associated with contract package delivery at point of interfaces, Interface schematics, Tie-ins, Project schedule impact/construction plan for interface scope, Contracting issues for interface elements, structure clashes, permits, and HSE of interfaces\nEnsure development and maintenance of an overall Interface Management Plan and Register for projects/packages covering all identified and potential interfaces, along with the relationship/references relative to the activities as per the contract.\nSupport Project Manager in resolving all interfaces between Contractors, sub-contractors and clients.\nEnsures from a point of interface perspective that technical integrity and HSE requirements are met cost effectively throughout the project construction.\nMonitor status of interface activities between the different project packages to ensure that all interface related requirements are met during detailed engineering and according to the Project milestone schedule and completion priorities.\nDevelop Interface documents, systems, diagrams, matrices etc. to coordinate completion of agreed deliverables.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Degree must be recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore).\n5 years’ experience of Front-end engineering, engineering design, procurement, construction, hook-up, and commissioning with a good understanding of technical integrity management systems, project management, quality and assurance systems.\nGreen field project and a willingness and ability to work with all disciplines and nationalities.\nTeamwork skills being able to work with the various parties such as client, other contractors, sub-contractors, vendors to resolve issues and reach decisions that are in the best interest of delivering the implementation plan.\nSolid experience in project engineering and project management.\nHigh awareness of safe working practices associated with design, construction, tie-in, pre-commissioning, installation, hook-up and commissioning of environmental project.\nStrong interpersonal and English communication skills – verbal and written.\nFully conversant in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point,
