Description\nSupervise and coordinate site installation works with in-house supervisor and foremen to ensure the project schedule is met.\nAttending site coordinate meetings with main-con, consultants and other contractors.\nHands-on and technical assistance for Mechanical System installation and troubleshooting onsite.\nPrepare material requisition for all Mechanical equipment and materials.\nPrepare work programme for Mechanical works with material delivery and installation activities in accordance with the project programme. \nAnalyse, manage and track project costs against budget.\nCarry out testing and commissioning, combined services testing for TOP/CSC, \nHandover of completed work activities with as built drawings and O&M to respective authorities or clients to in timely manner and delivery with desired quality standards.\nCoordination with other trade of contractors such as Electrical System, Process System, Structural etc.\nParticipate in in-house engineering design works of Mechanical system, including detailed design, shop drawings, hydraulic calculation, duct/pipe sizing, equipment selection, etc. \nReview 3D BIM model and ensure correct the installation details, compliance with design specifications and guidelines.\nParticipate in liaison with Mechanical System’s suppliers for quotation, carry out equipment selection, technical and commercial evaluation.\nPrepare material submittals for Mechanical system to the Consultant for approval.\nCoordinate with project schedule in organizing Purchase Order, arrange timely delivery of all Mechanical System’s equipment and materials.\nParticipate in tender preparation for new projects.\nRequirements\nMin Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering with ACMV / Fire Protection / Plumbing & Sanitary Background \nMin 1 year of relevant working experience in building construction industry, preferable in handling ACMV / Fire Protection / Plumbing & Sanitary works.\nProficient in AutoCAD and Revit.\nExcellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.\nExperienced and possessed relevant design knowledge in Mechanical System is an advantage.\nTender Bidding and Project cost Analytical and Critical Thinking\nProactive and willing to learn and take on new challenges.\nGreen Mark manager or other BCA/SCDF/PUB authority certification is an advantage\nSkills\nProject Bidding, Autodesk Revit, Certifications, Technical Assistance, Fire Protection, Testing & Commissioning, Mechanical Engineering Management, Mechanical Systems, Enthusiasm to learn, Manage
