engineering issues during design and construction phases\nInterface with clients on technical matters and engineering solutions\nCost Management & Tendering\nPrepare accurate cost estimations for mechanical systems for tenders and proposals\nSupport bid preparation with technical expertise and innovative solutions\nEvaluate vendor quotations and technical proposals\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental Engineering or better\nMinimum 15 years' proven experience in mechanical and piping engineering for process plants (incineration, water/wastewater treatment, etc.)\nAt least 5 years' experience in leadership or team lead role\nExtensive knowledge of piping engineering, design principles, and mechanical systems for process plants\nProficiency in relevant industry standards (ASME, ASTM, API, etc.) and Singapore codes of practice\nStrong understanding of materials selection, piping stress analysis, valves, and mechanical specifications\nDemonstrated ability to prepare accurate mechanical system cost estimations for tenders\nProficient in MS Office applications\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD 2D and BIM software (Autodesk, Bentley, etc.)\nStrong leadership abilities with proven track record of effective team management\nExceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for facilitating technical discussions\nDemonstrated ability to control schedules and budgets to ensure project success\nSkills\nConstruction, Cost Management,
