Engineering Projects Coordinator to support the successful delivery of capital projects and engineering initiatives across our network.\nIn this role, you will provide project administration, financial coordination, contract management, and reporting support throughout the project lifecycle.\nReporting to the Senior Manager, Engineering, this position will work closely with Project Managers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for a highly organized professional with experience in project coordination, procurement, capital project administration, SAP, and vendor management who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple concurrent projects.\nThis position is located in Calgary, Alberta and will work a hybrid schedule.\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate and support the planning, execution, and closeout of capital projects and engineering initiatives.\nMaintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and deliverables to support successful project execution.\nAdminister project and vendor setup activities within SAP, including AFEs, cost centres, and purchase orders.\nProcess invoices, goods receipts, and payment-related transactions while ensuring financial accuracy.\nMonitor project costs, prepare progress reports, and support forecasting and accrual activities.\nCoordinate permit applications and approvals required for construction and infrastructure projects.\nSupport contract administration, vendor management, and contractor performance tracking.\nFacilitate project change management processes, including scope, schedule, and budget changes.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, records, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.\nAssist with engineering and maintenance reporting, data analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives.\nQualifications:\nDiploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Project Management, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.\nProject Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is considered an asset.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, procurement, contract management, or related disciplines.\nExperience supporting capital projects within engineering, construction, petroleum, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial environments.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong experience with project budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and financial reporting.\nAdvanced SAP experience, including project administration, procurement, and vendor management processes.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.\nWorking knowledge of project controls, scheduling, document control, risk management, and change management practices.\nKnowledge of petroleum infrastructure, fuel handling systems, construction, or industrial projects is considered an
