We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Engineering Projects Coordinator to support the successful delivery of capital projects and engineering initiatives across our network. In this role, you will provide project administration, financial coordination, contract management, and reporting support throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Engineering, this position will work closely with Project Managers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organized professional with experience in project coordination, procurement, capital project administration, SAP, and vendor management who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple concurrent projects.
