The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of software and hardware simulation projects and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional teams across domestic and international locations.\nResponsibilities\nProject Planning & Execution\nDefine project scope, requirements, and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders\nDevelop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations\nManage the project lifecycle from proposal development through project delivery\nMonitor project performance and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget targets\nUtilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure consistent execution across projects\nStakeholder & Customer Management\nServe as the single point of contact between the organization and customers for project decisions\nReport on project progress, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders\nManage customer expectations and ensure alignment between deliverables and contractual requirements\nCollaborate with distributed project teams across domestic and international locations\nTeam Leadership\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including development, quality assurance, and subject matter experts\nOversee testing and quality assurance activities to ensure deliverables meet functional and contractual requirements\nProvide guidance and mentorship to associate project managers and project coordinators\nFacilitate effective communication and collaboration across project team members\nVendor & Logistics Coordination\nCoordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project components\nManage logistics for domestic and international deliveries, including export and customs documentation\nCommunicate expected deliverables and timelines to external partners\nRisk & Issue Management\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle\nEscalate critical issues and recommend corrective actions to leadership\nMeasure project performance to identify opportunities for improvement\nDocument lessons learned and contribute to process improvement initiatives\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Project/Program Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Aviation, or related field\n5+ years of experience in project management or related role\nDemonstrated experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies (waterfall/agile/hybrid concepts)\nWorking knowledge of air traffic control concepts and airfield operations, or demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire domain expertise\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nMust be qualified to apply for a Position of Public Trust clearance\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification\nExperience with project management or work management tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project)\nFamiliarity with issue tracking systems such as JIRA\nExperience with international logistics, including export and customs documentation\nBackground in air traffic management, aviation, or related simulation environments\nAviation certifications (e.g., FAA Control Tower Operator, Pilot License, or equivalent)\nExperience on U.S. Government or FAA programs\nExperience in defense or government contracting environments\nTravel Requirements\nDomestic and international travel may be required.\nWork Location\nOklahoma City,
