We champion teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and celebrate successful outcomes of others, fostering an inclusive environment of excellence and collaboration.\nEssential Functions\nInfrastructure Management\nResponsible for implementation and administration of on-premise computeand storage infrastructure environments including; Cisco UCS, VMware, Pure Storage, Cohesity\nImplementation, maintenance and support of public cloud services and resources\nDeep understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, M365 configuration and management.\nStrong drive to develop and transform current on-premise and cloud infrastructure services and processes with a continued focus on security\nProactive ownership of physical environments to include system updates and upgrades, expansions, system migrations and data replication.\nImprove efficiency and quality in service and system build and delivery, monitoring, standard operations and validation through the use automation\nTroubleshoot and solve issues and incidents related to critical services and proactively detect and prevent their re-occurrences\nLeverage third-party support and resources in support of administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.\nInfrastructure Cloud Services\nSupport a cloud first strategy including application cloud readiness assessments, on-premises to cloud migrations and cloud proof-of-concepts.\nMaintain and deploy cloud services including SaaS, PaaS and IaaS solutions.\nTeamwork, Mentoring and Self-Development\nParticipate in an on-call rotation schedule for after-hours support \nContinually find opportunities for ongoing professional development and learning for self and team\nProactively identify ways to support team goals and recommend solutions.\nEffectively manage time and resources.
