# Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a cluster of 3–5 Engineering Team Leads and drive people management, cross-team coordination, delivery, engineering standards, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strong engineering leader who can work across multiple teams, resolve competing priorities, handle escalations, develop Team Leads, and ensure consistent engineering practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor 3–5 Team Leads, supporting their teams performance, growth, hiring, and career development. Own cluster-level planning, prioritization, capacity allocation, and delivery across multiple engineering teams. Resolve cross-team dependencies, resource conflicts, delivery risks, and escalations. Act as the primary point of contact for business, customer, and cross-functional escalations involving multiple teams. Drive consistent engineering standards covering code quality, testing, code reviews, incident management, and reliability.
