Service Line Supervisor

工作职责 / Responsibilities

Partner with Department Chair to drive the development of relevant service line in revenue growth, patient experience improvements, service marketing and efficiency advancement through exploring external business opportunities and coordinating internal resources.

Business Development

• As first Tier interface for external communications, including but not limited to business, Physician network, agreement execution with support from relevant functional departments etc.
• Provide support to external physicians for long term relationship maintenance to ensure a positive practice experience and coordinate for internal payment process;
• Consistently monitoring the market trend and competitor status of the concerned service line and respond to market changes with timely proposals and suggestions;
• Close monitoring of the concerned service line operational statistics to seek further development possibilities through external exploring and internal cooperation with other Service Lines;

Marketing and Sales

• Working closely with Chair to seek and spot opportunities for branding based on understanding of the Service Line status;
• Based on understanding of the business and clients, working with Hospital Admin Teams for Service Package designing and publishing, and closely following on the feedbacks from Medical team and patients during the package execution and seek rooms for optimization based on needs;
• Work closely with Marketing team for new Physician and new services promotion within hospital and beyond hospital to communities and patients;
• Focal points with Marketing team for online and offline event from designing to implementation;
• Coordinate with Medical team for Public Education articles writing to increase exposure of the service line to public;

Workflow Optimization

• Department work flow optimization for better service line operation by working closely with physician team and nursing team;
• Promoting patient satisfaction level of the department’s by assisting Patient Service for handling patients’ complaints and coordinating internal team as focal points for PS or Patient directly.
• Assist Chair for the concerned Service Line NPS improvement initiatives;
• As service line focal points with other functional departments for resources application, coordination to ensure operation and business needs, including but not limited to CCC, Frontline administration team, Referral Center, Pre-cert, patient services, sales, HR, IT, HIS, legal etc.

Other duties assigned by General Manager and Hospital management.

任职要求 / Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, preferred majored with Hospital Management or Public Health;
• Previous working experiences with healthcare industry is preferred;
• Licensed Health Management Professional is preferred;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good sense of service with hands-on attitude;
• Fast learner and committed to quality and details;
• Experience in identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, additional language ability is a plus;
