Velar por la trazabilidad y calidad de la información operativa, garantizando la documentación adecuada de los trabajos realizados y una comunicación transparente con los clientes. 4. Elaborar reportes operativos e informar oportunamente a los niveles superiores, contribuyendo a la mejora continua y a la toma de decisiones estratégicas. 5. Impulsar una cultura de trabajo colaborativa, promoviendo un ambiente laboral saludable y el desarrollo continuo del equipo mediante acompañamiento, retroalimentación y fortalecimiento de competencias técnicas, operativas y de habilidades blandas. 6. Ejecutar las demás funciones que delegue el jefe inmediato.\nFORMACIÓN BÁSICA Profesional en Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Sistemas, Industrial o afines.
