This role closes the gap between Engineering, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and the customer - owning technical execution in the field, catching issues early, and turning field reality into clear engineering action.\nYou'll need to be comfortable operating across domains rather than as a single-discipline specialist: reasoning practically across software, electronics, hardware, comms, and operations, and diagnosing issues with whatever time, tools, and backup are actually available onsite.
