About the role UFORCE is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Lead Engineer, Maritime to take hands-on technical ownership of a maritime product and help turn operational lessons from Ukraine into a reliable, manufacturable system that customers can test, deploy and reorder. You’ll initially focus on one product, working across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and field teams to solve the most important technical problems and take it from its current configuration to repeatable production and customer delivery.
