Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems.\nAbout the role\nUFORCE is looking for a Product Manager to build a system that brings a unit’s combat operations data into one place, replacing disconnected tools and manual reconciliation.\nYou’ll own the product from initial scope to daily use in pilot units, aligning delivery across two engineering teams and keeping the user experience consistent.\nWhat you’ll do\nDefine the first-version scope and roadmap, making clear trade-offs between operational needs and engineering capacity.\n\nLead discovery with operational users and turn field observations into focused product workflows.\n\nCoordinate delivery across teams, aligning product logic, integrations, priorities, and decision ownership.\n\nPartner with engineering and QA to ship usable increments, maintain a reliable release cycle, and validate workflows under degraded connectivity.\n\nEstablish simple metrics for adoption, delivery predictability, and field-feedback cycle time.\n\nClose feedback loops with units, R&D, and School, and guide inbound integrations with C2 systems such as Delta, TAK, and Kernos.\n\nRequired Skills\n5+ years in product management, including at least two products taken from zero to sustained use by non-technical operational users.\n\nExperience defining and holding scope under competing stakeholder demands.\n\nExperience owning a product delivered by multiple teams and influencing decisions without formal authority.\n\nStrong discovery skills and experience building practical product measurement from scratch.\n\nAbility to work through technical dependencies with engineering and communicate clearly with operational stakeholders.\n\nFluent Ukrainian and Upper-intermediate English.\n\nA plus: defence or mission-critical software experience;
