If you thrive in a collaborative environment, love solving design challenges, and want to see your work come to life in real-world structures, this is the role for you.\nLocation: Brooklyn Center, MN\nHours: 7am-4pm\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a CAD Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our design process, transforming architectural visions into detailed, buildable models using SolidWorks. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to bring projects from concept to fabrication.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nInterpreting architectural and structural drawings to capture design intent and attachment conditions.\n\nCollaborating with sales and project managers to develop preliminary and shop drawings.\n\nCreating and revising engineering and fabrication drawings that guide our production teams.\n\nCoordinating with field managers to incorporate real-world measurements and feedback.\n\nManaging multiple projects and deadlines with precision and professionalism.\n\nTroubleshooting design challenges and contributing to innovative solutions.\n\nWhat You Bring\nAssociate’s degree in architectural technology, engineering, or equivalent CAD experience.\n\n2-3 years of SolidWorks experience, especially with assemblies and weldments.\n\nStrong understanding of architectural and structural drawings.\n\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam Revu is a plus.\n\nA collaborative mindset and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.\n\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nCompetitive Pay: $ 26.50-$33.65hourly, dependent on skill set and experience\n\nOvertime Eligibility: This is a non-exempt, hourly position.
