This role oversees all aspects of project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, procurement, and stakeholder communication, ensuring projects are completed successfully and aligned with company objectives.\nThe Construction Project Manager provides leadership throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with contractors, consultants, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive project performance, resolve challenges, and achieve successful outcomes. This position also plays a key role in strengthening the people, processes, and systems that support the organization's construction program.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role is designed for an experienced construction professional who can successfully manage complex projects today while developing into a broader leadership role within the Construction Group over time.\nThis position is expected to contribute beyond individual project execution by helping strengthen the Construction Group’s processes, standards, reporting, and team capabilities. The successful candidate should be able to lead through influence, mentor others, improve project delivery practices, and develop into broader management responsibility over time.\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities\nLead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from initial concept through project closeout.\n\nManage all phases of project delivery, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, permitting, design coordination, construction, and occupancy.\n\nProvide leadership to project teams by establishing clear expectations, promoting accountability, and removing obstacles to project success.\n\nDevelop and maintain project schedules; monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.\n\nPrepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and financial reporting.\n\nReview and negotiate proposals, contracts, change orders, and consultant agreements.\n\nCoordinate and manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality, schedule, and budget expectations are met.\n\nMonitor project performance and proactively address issues related to safety, quality, cost, schedule, and scope.\n\nLead project meetings and communicate project status, risks, constraints, and key decisions to stakeholders.\n\nSupport site selection, due diligence, zoning, permitting, as needed.\n\nEnsure compliance with company standards, contract requirements, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements.\n\nPromote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures.\n\nMaintain complete and accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, daily reports, meeting minutes, change orders, punch lists, and closeout documents.\n\nSupport estimating, budgeting, and pre-construction planning efforts.\n\nAssist in developing and mentoring team members while contributing to the growth and effectiveness of the Construction Group.\n\nSupport workload planning, prioritization, and resource coordination across the team.\n\nServe as a leadership resource for other project managers, coordinators, and internal stakeholders.\n\nHelp strengthen the company’s construction program by developing consistent project standards, improving delivery processes, supporting contractor and vendor strategy, and identifying scalable practices that improve project execution across the organization.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned to support company objectives and operational needs.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\n\nMinimum of 5 - 7 years of progressive construction project management experience.\n\nDemonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\n\nProven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results.\n\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, project delivery processes, permitting, contracts, and building systems.\n\nExperience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, purchase orders, and order management.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\n\nExperience with project scheduling software and construction management platforms.\n\nWorking knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar design and document management software preferred.\n\nAbility to read, interpret, and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.\n\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executives, customers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.\n\nDetail-oriented with strong follow-through and commitment to project documentation and closeout.\n\nSelf-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing changing priorities.\n\nAbility to travel approximately 25%.\n\nAbility to respond to project demands, after-hours activities, and critical project milestones as required.\n\nDemonstrated ability or strong potential to mentor, develop, and lead team members in a growing construction organization.\n\nCore Competencies\nLeadership
