You'll be responsible for entering and maintaining sales orders, responding to customer questions and concerns, and coordinating with our production and shipping teams when orders require changes, adjustments, or additional attention.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and working with multiple teams to keep things moving.\nWhat You'll Do\nEnter and process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently\nReview order information for accuracy and completeness\nMaintain frequent communication with customers regarding their orders and requests\nRespond to customer questions, concerns, and basic issues\nEscalate more complex customer concerns when appropriate\nProcess customer-requested order changes and adjustments\nCoordinate with production and shipping regarding hot orders, priority needs, and changes\nCommunicate special order requirements to the appropriate internal teams\nMonitor open orders and help communicate status updates when needed\nWork with account managers to support customer requests and resolve order-related issues\nMaintain positive and professional customer relationships\nAssist with customer samples and other product-related requests\nMaintain accurate customer and order information\nPrepare reports and correspondence as needed\nParticipate in product training as appropriate\nPerform other duties as assigned\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n0-2 years of experience, preferably in customer service, order entry, administrative support, manufacturing, or a related environment\nStrong customer service and communication skills\nBilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong problem-solving and follow-through\nAbility to work effectively with customers and internal teams\nComfortable communicating with production and shipping teams regarding changing priorities\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook\nAbility to learn company systems, products, and processes\nDependable, organized, and team-oriented\nYou'll Be Successful Here If You...\nEnjoy helping customers and solving problems\nCatch details others might miss\nStay calm when priorities change\nCommunicate clearly and promptly\nTake ownership of getting questions answered\nUnderstand that a customer request sometimes requires coordination across several teams\nAre comfortable picking up the phone and working through an issue\nFollow through until an order or customer concern is resolved\nWhy This Role Matters\nOur customers depend on accurate orders, timely communication, and reliable service.\nAs a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll help connect customer needs with what is happening inside our operation.
