As the central point of communication between customers and internal teams-including Sales, Design/Estimating, and Operations-you will lead the coordination of design, fabrication, delivery, and field support to ensure seamless project success.\nLocation: Miami\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nManage projects end-to-end, coordinating across Sales, Design, Estimating, Purchasing, Production, Delivery, and Field Support.\nDevelop and manage critical project timelines; obtain customer approval and track progress through completion and customer satisfaction.\nLead project kickoff and ongoing communication to confirm scope, dates, constraints, and formwork requirements (rental vs. sale, CNC/custom needs, architectural features, pour breaks, etc.).\nReview and approve formwork design/detail drawings prior to release; support internal technical reviews and customer approval cycles.\nActively manage project-related inventory and equipment availability; collaborate with Operations and Rental leadership as needed.\nMonitor production progress, labor and cost alignment, and quality expectations; conduct regular plant visits and work-in-progress reviews.\nCoordinate shipping and jobsite delivery logistics; support initial deliveries and resolve schedule changes (weather, crane time, jobsite delays).\nProvide jobsite support as needed to ensure crews understand how to read UFP drawings and properly use formwork systems; document changes and ensure scope changes are captured and billed appropriately.\nCoordinate returns and closeouts for rental fleets, including damage/cleaning discussions and final billing support.\nPrepare post-project recaps for larger projects, including customer experience, operational feedback, and opportunities for improvement.\nRequired\n3+ years of experience in project management, construction operations, formwork, or a related discipline.\n Bilingual -
