Maintains correct paperwork and production records as required. Provides production departments with material from inventory according to production schedule.\nPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities\nMoves material in process from one station to another if necessary\nBands, wraps and/or packs finished goods, and labels material\nMoves finished goods from production area to finished goods inventory yard or warehouse\nAssist production with bottlenecks and other material needs\nProvides general preventive maintenance on equipment\nCompletes pre-shift startup equipment checklist and reports any problems or concerns\nMaintains rough material and finished goods inventory yard organized and clean\nCompletes production records as required\nFollows forklift rules and policies as described by Company policy\nParticipates in safety, CI and other programs and meetings\nPerforms other duties as required\nQualifications\nMinimum 9th grade basic education, High school diploma or GED preferred but not required\nNo minimum experience is required however, forklift driving experience is preferred\nWorking knowledge of basic math and inventory techniques preferred\nSuccessfully complete Forklift Driver licensing process\nMust be at least 18 years of age\n\"This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days, or we will continue to accept applications until a qualified candidate has been selected.\"\nClick here to watch what a day in the life of a Forklift Operator looks like.\nCompensation & Benefit Information:\nHourly Pay Range: $19+ per hour dependent on experience*\n*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living\nBonus/Incentive Pay:\nIncentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses.
