Team members who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a commitment to learning may have opportunities to advance into higher-skilled production and technical positions.\nShift Schedule\n12-hour rotating shift (2-3-2 schedule)\n6:00 PM to 6:00 AM • Alternating weekends Key Responsibilities\nSafely move, handle, and secure composite lumber products and materials.\nStack finished products according to customer specifications and bundle requirements.\nLabel materials accurately by type, size, and quantity.\nApply identification tags before and after production processes.\nOperate and troubleshoot basic equipment, including staple guns and material handling tools.\nBand, bundle, and secure finished products for shipment.\nFollow established procedures to ensure product quality and customer requirements are met.\nVerify materials are properly labeled, bundled, and prepared before leaving the work area.\nMaintain accurate inventory of tags and report discrepancies to supervision.\nComplete production documentation and production reports accurately.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nAssist in other production areas, including loading and unloading material carts and moving materials throughout the facility.\nParticipate in safety programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and team meetings.\nSupport operational excellence through teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new skills.\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.\n\nNo prior manufacturing experience required.
