Responsibilities\nMaintains frequent communication with customer base and gathers information to ensure their satisfaction\nHandles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.\nSolicits sales orders from existing customers via phone\nDevelops new customers via \"pull\" through marketing Phone-Internet\nAssists qualifying leads gauging interest level, time frame, needs, etc., and directs leads to proper channels\nExecutes market penetration strategy utilizing web-based sales leads\nCommunicates sample needs for customers/dealers/contractors with the plant\nCorresponds regularly with customers, i.e., Brand Bulletins, Brochures, and any program updates\nHelps drive new product sales by communicating unknown products to customers\nWorks with account managers to comply with customer request and to solve customer problems\nMaintains positive relationships with distributors\nWorks with Product Managers to enhance sales programs\nAttends shows and product introductions when necessary\nAttends various product trainings, as needed\nPrepares various reports and correspondence as required\nPerforms other duties as required\nQualifications\nMinimum of high school graduate\nMinimum 0-2 years of experience, preferably in customer service\nPossesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.\nWorking knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)\nWorking knowledge of various office equipment (computer,
