Works under direct supervision; a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required; relays on pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.\nPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities\nMaintains frequent communication with customer base and gathers information to ensure their satisfaction\nHandles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff\nManages sales orders from existing customers via email and phone\nCorresponds regularly with customers\nWorks with account managers to comply with customer requests and to solve customer problems\nWorks with all internal teams to successfully deliver international documentation for all orders\nMaintains positive relationships with customers and internal teams\nWorks with Account Managers to enhance sales programs\nEnsures accuracy in data entry for quotes and orders\nCollaborates across departments including sales, logistics and purchasing \nPrepares various reports and correspondence as required\nContributes to team success by meeting individual goals and supporting team objectives \nPerforms other duties as required\nQualifications\nMinimum of high school graduate\n2 years+ of experience, preferably in customer service\nPossesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter\nWorking knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)\nWorking knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc)\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting\nSpanish speaking required\nMedical, dental, and vision
