We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor who will drive safe operations, high-quality performance, and a strong team environment on off-shift hours.\nJob Summary\nThe Production Supervisor - Night Shift oversees all night shift production activity, ensuring that operations run smoothly, employees are supported, and production targets are met. This leader will serve as the primary resource on shift and will help build structure and success during launch and growth phases of the plant.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead night shift operators to achieve production and quality objectives\nProvide real-time troubleshooting support and decision-making\nEnsure safety is prioritized in all tasks, audits, and machine operation\nMaintain communication logs and effective shift handoff with day leadership\nDevelop team performance through feedback, coaching, and ongoing skills training\nSchedule and assign work to ensure balanced workloads and production coverage\nTrack shift performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives\nMaintain strong housekeeping standards and proper material handling\nSupport startup activities, including SOP development and system improvements\nQualifications\n3+ years in a manufacturing environment with proven leadership responsibility\nExperience supervising teams on night shift or in self-directed environments preferred\nFamiliarity with manufacturing KPIs, standard work, and safety requirements\nStrong time management, communication, and follow-through skills\nAbility to work independently while supporting cross-shift collaboration\nWillingness to work 12-hour night shift schedule as operations scale\nCompensation & Benefit Information\nSalary Pay Range: $28.00-$35.00 per hour dependent on experience*\n*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living and experience level.\nBonus/Incentive Pay:\nA discretionary annual bonus based on Company and
