May also have direct customer contact to assist in resolving issues and driving sales opportunities.\nPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities\nAssists buyers in the tracking and tracing of orders\n\nMaintains frequent communications with suppliers/providers to ensure efficiencies in information gathering\n\nMaintains all tracking documents/spreadsheets for inbound freight\n\nAssists in developing reports and compiling market information for trades\n\nPrepares various reports and correspondence on a regular basis\n\nAssists in processing reports, documents, and purchases in a timely manner\n\nAssists in cost/rate retrieval for international freight lanes\n\nAssists in assigned special projects\n\nPerforms other duties as required\n\n Qualifications\nMinimum Associate's degree or equivalent industry experience.\n\nMinimum of 2 years customer of service experience.\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
